Reflections
What I Learned…
Balancing User Needs and Business Goals in an AI-powered Learning Tool
Designing GIZMO’s task management and progress tracking taught me how to align learners’ needs for clarity and motivation with the business goal of engagement—resulting in a tool that supports both effective learning and sustainable growth.
Creating Usable, Accessible Interfaces Through Iteration
I refined interactive dashboards and feedback flows using user research and usability testing. Iterations improved clarity, increased accessibility for diverse learners, and made the experience more engaging and user-friendly.
Growing Through Team Collaboration and Feedback
Collaborating with engineers, a PM, and content designers, I used Notion, Figma, and Slack to stay aligned. Regular design critiques challenged my assumptions, sharpened my problem-solving skills, and strengthened cross-functional collaboration.
